Telling the family that dinner is ready or reminding the children that it is time to go to bed will not require so much shouting if you have a smart home with Echo speakers scattered everywhere. Today, Amazon announced a new feature called Alexa Announcements, which will allow you to simultaneously transmit a voice message to each Echo in the house.
The users already had the ability of intercommunication style to maintain bidirectional conversations between rooms, but the function of unidirectional ads is intended for the type of large statements that you want everyone to hear. They will play on all compatible devices, including Echo, Echo Plus, Echo Dot, Echo Show, Echo Spot and Echo Look.
You send an Alexa Ad saying "Alexa, announce that …" followed by your message. "Alexa, tell everyone …" and "Alexa, transmitted …" will also trigger simultaneous transmissions in only one direction. Alexa ads will be launched in the US UU And Canada from today.
