Amazon is partnering with Best Buy to launch a new wave of Fire TV Edition smart TVs that will be sold exclusively at Best Buy stores and websites, as well as on Amazon.com through Best Buy as an external vendor. It is the first time that the two retailers have associated in such a direct way.
The multi-year partnership begins this summer with a Toshiba TV, and Best Buy is committed to selling more than 10 sets of Insignia and Toshiba Fire TV Edition (with the regular 4K and HD models available) in the future.

In addition to standard Fire TV features, such as Alexa voice controls and the usual list of streaming services, you can also connect a TV antenna to receive regular broadcast channels. You can also use Alexa for things like changing the channel, which is a good advantage.
There are not too many details about the hardware or the actual prices of the new televisions, but according to the companies involved and the past models of Fire TV Edition, they are likely to go to the more accessible side of the smart TV market. In other words, you'll probably have to wait for a 4-inch HDR OLED panel with integrated Fire TV.
