The latest version for consumers of Chrome, version 64 of Google, has just begun to clean the reference links messy for you. Now, when you go to share an article, you will not see a long chain of follow-up after a link, only the main link itself, as detected by the Android police.
This feature now occurs automatically when sharing links in Chrome, either in the Share menu or by copying the link and pasting it elsewhere. Although it cuts the additional bit of the URL, this does not affect the reference information. If you choose, you can copy and paste directly from the URL bar to get the link in its entirety.
