Square Enix has done an enormous amount of work in the last decade to turn Final Fantasy XV into something more than the last game in the series. It has been a spectacle: first announced as a spin-off of Final Fantasy XIII, later it was re-scored as a new entry altogether. A full event was planned around its launch date. Its history has been padded and polished with complementary films starring actors and anime of Game of Thrones. And although the game was released in 2016, Square Enix continues to release content for him, in the form of new episodes of history and even a multiplayer mode.
That's part of what makes Final Fantasy XV Pocket Edition, not a direct port of the game, but not a remake, less distinctive than it seems. Cellphone…
