Presentations from the database of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) suggest that new iPhones could arrive, potentially sooner than we think. Consomac, a French website, discovered for the first time the document that mentions the model numbers A1920, A1921, A1984, A2097, A2098, A2099, A2101, A2103, A2104, A2105 and A2106. None of these models already exists in the database.
We thought that Apple would present new phones in its usual September event. It is rumored that three new devices will be introduced this year, including two OLED models and a cheaper LCD model. KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo suggested the rumored 6.5-inch model, which we call the "iPhone X Plus", in January, and then, the possible phone screen also leaked, although we have no idea if it's legitimate.
But surely they will have to wait until September. The most important question at this time is whether Apple will release an updated iPhone SE, which probably will not wait to put it on sale. Kuo has said that it probably will not happen, but if it does, it would come in the form of an increase in minor specifications. It is difficult to speculate with limited details, although it is worth noting that the EEC previously certified new Apple products before their release.
MacRumors reports that the database identified Apple's new iPad in February, one month before its launch in March, so it is possible that these new phones will be announced in WWDC if the database is still tight, but that would be unusual for Apple.
