Some Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus phones are experiencing problems with touch screens that do not respond, according to several reports from forums such as Reddit and XDA, as detected by the Android police. Users with the problem are apparently seeing different dead zones on the S9 screens. Some people discover that the top of the screen does not respond to touch inputs, while others say that the bottom of the screen no longer works.
It's not clear how widespread the problem is here, but according to Android Central, Samsung has already issued a statement saying it is "investigating a limited number of reports," so we hope the problem will be resolved soon.
