In addition to the great news that a new Smash Bros. is on the way, today Nintendo also revealed a solid list of new games that will reach the Switch in the coming months. It's a pretty eclectic selection, too. Among the new games is an updated version of the fantastic Wii U puzzle game, Captain Toad, to be launched on July 13; the remastered trilogy of Crash Bandicoot on July 10; and the adventure of Zelda, Okami, which will be available sometime in the summer.
The colorful multiplayer shooter Splatoon 2, meanwhile, is getting its first paid expansion, with a new single-player add-on that looks intense and will include new levels and a deeper look at the burgeoning knowledge of the game. It will be available this summer for $ 19.99.
There were also a handful of surprises too. The South Park role-playing game The Fractured But Whole is coming to the Switch on April 24, while the disturbing horror adventure Little Nightmares will be available on May 18 and the indie RPG Undertale will also arrive, though not The company also revealed that the previously announced Dark Souls remaster Switch will be accompanied by a new and elegant Amiibo figure.
The launch of the "Solaire of Astora" amiibo is scheduled. Use this amiibo with the Nintendo Switch version of DARK SOULS REMASTERED to perform the Praise the Sun gesture at any time. pic.twitter.com/f2Qj3wPKhp- FROMSOFTWARE (@fromsoftware_pr) March 8, 2018
